I found this in Gordon, on the North Shore. I remebmber these signs from when i was a kid – and have forgotten about them until i saw this one. I wonder, does it still light uo at night?

You had pedestrian crossing signs that light up? Wow. I don’t think I’ve noticed anything like it here.

yeah we did Hilda.

Not only did they light up, but some of them flashed too. That’s well and truly all over these days.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one who appreciates those little sentimental and mundane snippets of life.
