why would anyone decide to spray this onto a wall? did they think it out, or was it a spur of the moment thing?

i think it was thought out, only because there is no other tag or throw-up with the same paint on the same wall.

cracks me up that someone commented on it as well. BTW – nice tag ‘Relms’.
