the most out-dated shop in the world?

i think, and i do say “think” that “croissant Show” was a franchise back in the 80’s. I remember seeing heaps of them around when i was a kid, but have totally forgotten about it until i saw this fine example when, once again, i was stuck in Sydney traffic.
I wonder if the guy in the shop is actually a customer, or one of the owners friends?
In Australia, the format of telephone numbers was changed at least ten years ago. any Sydney number has a 9 as a prefix since then. these guys have had over 10 YEARS to sort that out on their signage!
i certainly will not be in a rush to buy any croissants from this show, that’s for sure.
